William “Billy” McOwen is an avid outdoorsman and has over 30 years experience in sales. Billy was recently named President/CEO of Mossy Oak Properties SC Land and Farms and serves as the President/CEO of Mossy Oak Properties of Virginia, as well as, acting COO/Partner for Mossy Oak Properties NC Land and Farms. Billy is also very active in overseeing the day-to-day sales operations and agent training in all three states and is the Broker in Charge of the Mossy Oak Properties, Greenville, North Carolina office. Billy holds a NC General Contractors License, and can assist clients in managing all facets of their land, home or lodge improvements.
