Steven has been a resident of Camden County, GA since 2005. After serving over five years active duty as a United States Marine, Steven graduated from Florida State University in 2002 with an MBA in finance and a Bachelors of Science in Real Estate and Finance. He is licensed in both FL and GA as both a Broker's Associate and a Certified General Commercial Appraiser and has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry through work experience in the areas of sales and contract negotiation, structured settlements, credit underwriting, construction risk, environmental risk, asset valuation and management. Steven joined Mossy Oak Properties Coastal Land and Real Estate in June of 2016.
