Calvin Perryman is an Associate Broker and Accredited Land Consultant for Southeastern Land Group specializing in the Central and South Alabama land market. As an industry leader in the real estate business since 2011, Calvin combines his love for the land industry with his passion for the outdoors to provide exemplary, personalized service to every client. His vast knowledge of the land, farming, and timber industries began as a child growing up on his family’s farm in rural Wilcox and Dallas counties. He graduated college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business and Economics from Auburn University and went on to receive his real estate license for the state of Alabama. Throughout the years, Calvin has earned a stellar reputation among his peers based on his integrity, hard work, and unprecedented attention to detail. He was awarded the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation by the Realtors Land Institute in 2015. Calvin was inducted into the APEX Producers Club by the Realtors Land Institute in 2017, 2018 and 2019 for consecutively exceeding four million dollars ($4,000,000) in land sales production annually. Calvin has established a strong network of professional contacts and buyers throughout the United States whom consistently seek his advice and trusted judgement on buying and selling recreational land.
