Darin Milbrath : Dakota Plains Realty

Darin Milbrath was born and raised in Bottineau, ND. He developed a lifelong love for the outdoors after working with his grandparents on the family farm and ranch while growing up. During this time he gained a broad knowledge of cropland, grazing land, cattle, horses and crops. It was this passion that led to the creation of Dakota Plains Realty. Started in 2009 with his business partner Vivian Thingelstad, the goal of Dakota Plains Realty is to assist all clients in finding the home or property of their dreams. We live and breathe the outdoors. We understand what it takes to be good land stewards and we value wildlife, their habitat and water resources. With over 30 years combined experience in the real estate industry, coupled with our passion for hunting, wildlife habitat, farming and ranching, we understand the complexities that come with purchasing or selling farmsteads, ranches, cropland, hunting land and recreational land. Darin started his real estate career in 2000 and obtained his real estate license in ND and MN in 2003. In 2013, he received his ND Brokers License. Making clients happy and finding them the correct property of their dreams, so that they can make memories with friends and family is his number one goal in real estate while guiding with knowledge and giving a product to the them that stands out in the process.
