The sale price of the property is only down.
The payments are just a month on a lease/purchase with half of each monthly payment, plus the down payment and anything else you wish to pay all coming off the sales price for three years. After that we will finance the remaining balance at a month, including 9.75% interest until paid for with no balloons and no prepayment penalty.
