Please be aware that mobile homes is possible, but must obtain a permit. Camping, and permanent RVs are not allowed. However, RVs can be used as temporary living quarters while building, provided they are licensed in Arkansas, taxes are paid, and the necessary permits are obtained.

Mobile Homes are not cut and dry. On some properties mobile homes are allowed but not on all properties as there isn't a blanket policy for the county. In order to find out if they are allowed the purchaser would have to get with the Environmental Health Department and they would have to do an evaluation to determine if they would all a permit for a mobile home.
