What You'll See

Wind + Weather Notes

During our photographer site visit, localized dust storms were present right over the property, reducing visibility temporarily. But, skies cleared up within a couple miles-Kingman and the surrounding area had clear blue views to the mountains. It's something to be aware of, particularly if planning to live or build here.

Remote Living, Still Reachable

The property is quiet and remote but still within driving range of Kingman for groceries, fuel, and other supplies. The dirt road is rough in sections, so high-clearance vehicles are recommended. Cell signal (Verizon) varied during the drive, but held at 2-4 bars of 4G while on-site.

Getting There (Photographer's Notes)

Highway driving on I-40 west was uneventful. I took exit 53 (Andy Devine) and turned onto east 66. After 18 miles, I turned left on Antares Rd and drove another 13 miles and arrived at where Google Maps says to stop. They do not show an actual road at the point of termination, but there is a dirt road to the left that allowed me to continue on and drive to the edge of the property.
