11+ Acres Home-Creek & Mountain Lan
Ferguson Cemetery Rd : Sneedville, TN 37869
Hancock County, Tennessee

Lot Description
If you want to be able to come in and set right up to then begin working on the home you desire to live in, then bring your RV or your camping gear to enjoy the recreational benefits of this enchanting land. The location is convenient and easy to get to over good, paved county roads. A one-acre home site has already been lined out with wire fencing and with electricity and a meter that will need to be reestablished. The land is very gently rolling over the bottom and all of the fenced area and beyond. It's set back a bit, and well hidden from the road by the trees. There's plenty of room for a nice yard and home there, enough to accomdate kids, pets, a cow perhaps and certainly chickens and goats. Beyond the yard is a wonderland of raw woods and a massive creek bed that runs generally light, but very heavy in big rains. It criss-crosses the bottom valley land where it comes down from the top. It is believed to be spring fed, but mostly runs full in wet weather. So it is fascinating as it changes, and fun to hike if you like hiking and exploration of sorts. The valley is surrounded by the ridge of the mountain that it lays within. The ridge encompases the property rising sharply along it's east boundary and wrapping to the back near to the top of the mountain. There's a wonderful, high potential home site up there if you want to put the driveway in where it's fairly broad and level from side to side. This could make for a great yard with gorgeous mountain views, and the creek up there too. The property drops off more severely from there to the bottom, but can be hiked. I know, because I did it, with much enjoyment.
