All four corners of the property were able to be walked to easily. The land is flat and grassy, with somewhat soft dirt. Both power and cell phone towers are visible from the property, and the cell phone signal was excellent. I was able to make a phone call as well as use Amazon's app, and the speed was comparable to being at home with a wifi connection.

The property has power lines and cell towers close by, but otherwise has no other resources or utilities. The nearby neighbors are primarily trailers or small fabricated buildings (e.g., sheds, etc.) that have been adapted for use as primary dwellings. There are no signs of trash service, propane, or other amenities. The ground seemed to have many hoof prints and coyote tracks, so it is likely that cattle have grazed in this area.

Zoning: SD Residential - One single-family dwelling or one modular or mobile home per parcel. No minimum square footage. Mobile homes are allowed.

Camping/RVs: Camping is allowed. no time limit. If you want to live year-round in your RV you need to have an approved septic system from the Dept. of Health.
