This small town offers many recreational activities; the Water Park provides swimming and has a beautiful walking trail, tennis courts, and pavilions for picnics.

Rockbridge, MO is just about 11 miles southeast of this property. Rockbridge was a small community that started in 1942. Rockbridge Rainbow Trout and Game Ranch is home to some of the best fly fishing in the Midwest. The Old Grist Mill is still intact and is still used as a bar to this day. They have several lodge-style guest houses for rent, as well as smaller rooms. Rockbridge Restaurant is the best place to get smoked trout and one of the best restaurants in this area.
