From the Drone Photographer -
This particular property is located about 25 miles north of Winnemucca Nevada. There is great accessibility, only the last couple miles of the road is gravel, everything else is paved. Highway 95 is a state road maintained by the State of Nevada. The other roads after leaving Highway 95 are maintained by Humboldt County.
The property is easily accessible with a car, there are quite a few homes out through this area but everything is spread out so while you do have neighbors they are very spread apart. Everyone out here has their own culinary wells, Power is a few hundred yards away. There is strong cell phone service at least with At&T out there. There are potato farms, hay farms, ranches in this area.
The property is flat, there seemed to be quite a few squirrel holes on the property. There was no sagebrush on this property, instead there was a different kind of bush that I don't know the name that was covering the land. The soil seemed to be real fine. Altitude was about 4300 ft. above sea level.
This is a real nice area to be if you like rural life but like to be close to a town. Winnemucca has car dealerships, Walmart and other grocery stores, hardware stores, clothing stores etc. it is less than 30 minutes to drive into town.
There are so many things to do and see. There are sand dunes that people ride motorcycles, Atv, UTV on, there is Fishing at DaNio Reservoir and there are miles and miles of roads and trails that you can explore.
It really is the best of both worlds.
