Upon a recent visit when I took these actual photos of the lots that I own for sale, I noticed dozens of Cannabis sites gearing up or under construction. It has gotten so busy that the city has an ordinance against Dust, yes that's right NO Dust allowed, so water trucks are everywhere.

Some have opted to park their RV's or 5th Wheels and stay on their property, which the City seems to allow. Although there may be a time limit and even a permit required, but that can easily be answered by calling the local Planning Department which California City has. Yes, California City is a genuine municipality. They have their own Police, Fire and Building/Planning Departments.

Many potential clients want me to provide GPS coordinates of the property, however in-lieu of, it's best to go to google maps and type in Neuralia Rd and Mendiburu and count down four lots from the corner and choose satellite view (compare to the parcel map).

The price listed ($4,999) is for the financed term price which I will finance without a credit check. Cash price is 10% less, so if you want the best deal, I will take $4,499 Cash (that's $500 off), otherwise you can choose one of the payment plans below. Keep in mind that I do require you set up Bill Pay with your bank or I can put you on a recurring credit/debit card payment plan for the monthly payment (which will include property taxes).

Directions to Lot

California City sits between Bakersfield and Barstow north of Highway 58 and east of Highway 395 (a major corridor running up the eastern Sierra/Nevada mountain range). Highway 58 was recently improved to a four lane freeway connecting Mojave to Barstow and Interstate 15 to Vegas. From LA head north on Interstate 5 to Highway 14 east. Keep on this highway past Lancaster and Mojave to California City Blvd. Head east into town. Turn left on Neuralia Road and go up to Sally and turn right. Go about 1 block to Milner Dr and turn left and the property in question is the third lot down from an existing 2 story home.
