This is a rare opportunity to own a nice sized treed property in the foothills of Janesville, California in a pretty much upscale neighborhood. This is a secluded little bedroom community just south of Susanville (the county seat) off Highway 395. The homes here are custom built so there are no two homes alike. There are neighbors across the street and one on each side of the property, however you wouldn't even know it because of the thick matured Pine growth.

It's located just a short distance to Highway 395 and better yet, Honey Lake is right on the other side of the highway. This is the eastern Sierra so a good year of snowfall will certainly replenish the rivers, creeks and lakes. I was on site for a few hours with my Malinois hiking the property and I wouldn't mind building another home here for myself and family.
