The property is entirely flat and covered in Sagebrush. Nearby are many planted areas of Alfalfa and this property boarders the Madeline Plains Wildlife area.

Lot 83, as shown on that certain map entitled, "Moon Valley Ranch Unit No. 4", filed January 28, 1971 in the Office of the Lassen County Recorder in Book 8 of Maps, at Page 8.

To make a purchase I will either take cash for the entire amount (plus a $299 closing cost for cash or term sale) or you can choose one of the payment plans listed here:

2) $500 down on a 3 year note at 6% interest, monthly principal and interest payments (including property taxes) will be $606.

3) $1,000 down on a 3 year note at 4% interest, monthly principal payments (including property taxes) will be $573.

North of Susanville along Highway 395 head to Termo, CA (about 57 miles). Continue north (7.4 miles) to Brockman Rd. turn left (west) and go approximately 2.5 miles to Williams Rd. Go north 1 mile to Crane Rd. (unmarked), head east 1 mile. Turn left on that dirt road and go 1/4 mile north which brings you to the southwest corner of the 19.9 acres. The property is approximately 1/8 mile wide by 1/4 mile long (659.11 feet west to east and 1,313.85 feet north along the west property line).
