When the tide is changing, you can hear the roar of the Reversing Falls off in the distance. Often times you will see seals catching a ride on the changing tide and playing in the current. Eagles are common in the area as are other birds and wildlife.

The 9.7 acre parcel consists of two lots with a total of 1008' on Straight Bay and Nutter's Cove. On the ledges on one side of the property sits a platform for a tent or screen house. A pleasant place to sit and enjoy the outside sights and sounds. The drive can extend to the water's edge where one can easily launch a small boat at high tide. This area is protected by large outcroppings of ledge on either side making it a great place to swim - if you can take the chilly waters.

Enjoy the peace and serenity of the area. This tiny house is surrounded by privacy yet is just a 20 min. drive to all town conveniences. The roads of Lubec by the Sea are great for walking and a place most of the neighbors get to see each other. A road association manages the roads, but not the properties.

This cozy cottage offers an open floor plan with dining room, living room and galley kitchen, one bath and a large Master bedroom with room for a sitting area and desk. The living and dining room offer expansive views of the waterfront. The home was once just a bunk house - a place to camp out and in 2002, the structure was remodeled and added onto to maintain its footprint by the waterfront.

The town of Lubec is a fishing village located in the most easterly point of the United States. It has a population of around 1300 year round residents and a lot more seasonal residents. With over 90 miles of shorefront, you don't have to go far to find the waterfront. There are over 4000 acres of public lands open for hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking and more. A great location for those that like the outdoors.

For the summer visitor and the locals, there is Summer Keys -a music program that has been around for over 20 years where one can come, vacation and learn more about playing their favorite instrument. Every Wednesday during the summer, folks from all around come and enjoy the free concerts given by the instructors. There are other exciting programs given though out the summer - from Photography to arts and crafts. Oh - and not to be forgotten - the Mason's BBQ every Thursday evening, complete with music. Something for everyone.
